Our magical syrup is collected from trees here in the Town of Cape Vincent, in Clayton, NY. We are very proud to say our syrup has been ranked in with the top producers of this area..mainly Grade A and amber in color.  We are growing every year and my husband was more than excited to purchase a new RO machine this season. It's a labor of love. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
